Co-founder and managing partner at IOY1, LLC. With over 25 years of experience in technology and operations, Randy is a seasoned leader and innovator who pours his heart into his mission.
As a seasoned entrepreneur, Randy thrives on building things from scratch and when he and Rick visited Chile, he was hooked. He immediately connected with the local culture and had a vision for how shared passions could break down barriers and allow for authentic community. In his role with Harbor Horizons, Randy stays connected with the locals, dreams up new itineraries and leads teams on life-changing vision trips.
